Ukraine’s invasion consolidates two axes in the world: an authoritarian and a democratic one. Russia, China, and Iran are at the forefront of authoritarianism in the world and are very active in Latin America.

What awaits the region in this new geostrategic scenario? What can we expect from the United States?

Francisco Santos, former Vice President of Colombia (2002-2010) and former Ambassador of Colombia to the United States (2018-2020) will answer these and other questions in an open discussion with students and participants.
