He graduated as a Lawyer in UCAB and completed and specialization in Governance and Political Management in George Washington University. He also pursued studies in Business Strategy at the University of Toronto and Political Marketing at the Inter-American Center for Political Management in Miami.

He participated in the U.S. Department of State’s Exchange Program for Young Political Leaders. In 2010. Later in his home country he served as a Regional Deputy, Vice Mayor, Ambassador and Principal Secretary of the National Congress. He has been a Campaign Manager and Creative Director for several successful campaigns, excelling in the production of audiovisual materials and the design of government programs.

In Madrid he serves as a Public Policy Consultant and Political Advisor. He is currently the President of the Ibero-American Democratic Cause Association, CEO of Creategia Content Production and Co-Founder of Real-Time Understanding, a startup focused in intelligent analysis with Artificial Intelligence.
